This Privacy Policy explains what information A&A Wellness, operated by AANDA WELLNESS LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects when you use our website or place an order, how we use it and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information you provide
When you place an order, the order form collects:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth, to confirm you meet our minimum purchaser age of 21
- Shipping address
- Order details: the products, sizes and quantities ordered, the order total and the payment method you select (Zelle, Apple Cash or Venmo)
- Your confirmation of our research-use acknowledgment, Terms of Service and that you are 21 or older, along with the date and policy version you accepted
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank account details. Payments are sent from your own payment app. When we match a payment, we may record information shown to us by the payment service, such as the sender’s name, the amount and the memo.
When you contact us, we collect the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, order number and message content.
When you use Order Lookup, you enter your order number and email so we can show your order status. This information is used only to retrieve your order.
Information collected automatically
Your cart is stored in your browser. Items you add to your cart are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device so your cart is still there when you return. This data stays on your device until you place an order, clear your cart or clear your browser data. It is not sent to us until you submit an order.
Age confirmation cookie. When you confirm that you are 21 or older on our entry screen, we set a small first-party cookie (aa_age_ok) for 30 days so you are not asked again on every page. It contains no personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfill and ship your order
- To send transactional emails: order confirmation, payment reminders, payment receipt, shipping and tracking notices, and cancellation notices
- To match your payment to your order
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To detect and prevent fraud, misuse and violations of our Terms of Service and Research Use Policy
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website and fulfill orders:
- Cloudflare hosts our website and the database that stores order records.
- Resend delivers our transactional emails.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
Payments you send through Zelle, Apple Cash or Venmo are processed by those services under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access-restricted administration tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain certain information where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor those rights as required.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended only for adults 21 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
