Lyophilized two-peptide research formulation · 10mg vial
For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Research Use Policy

This product combines two synthetic peptides, CJC-1295 without DAC and Ipamorelin, in a single lyophilized vial with a combined 10mg of peptide.
Two compounds, one vial. Both peptides are frequently studied together because they act through different receptor pathways. Supplying them in one vial simplifies handling for laboratory work that uses both.
Consistent presentation. Each vial is labeled with both compound names and the total strength.
Where it fits. This formulation is part of our Research Blends line. For a single-compound growth hormone secretagogue, see Tesamorelin.
This product is sold for laboratory research only. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or dietary supplement and is not for human or veterinary use.
CJC-1295 without DAC. Also referred to in the literature as modified GRF (1-29), this is a 29-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with amino acid substitutions intended to improve stability. "Without DAC" means it lacks the Drug Affinity Complex, a chemical group added to other CJC-1295 versions to bind albumin. Read CJC-1295: Research Overview.
Ipamorelin. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that acts as an agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR), also known as the ghrelin receptor. It was described in the late 1990s and is noted in the literature for its receptor selectivity. Read Ipamorelin: Research Overview.
Why they are studied together. CJC-1295 acts at the GHRH receptor, while Ipamorelin acts at the ghrelin receptor. Researchers examine the two pathways together to study how they interact in growth hormone signaling models. The Growth Hormone Secretagogues guide compares these classes.
Regulatory status. Neither compound is approved by the FDA. This product is a research material only.
Lyophilized blend. Store the sealed vial cold, dry and protected from light. Freezing is the typical convention for longer-term storage.
Consistent temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can affect both peptides in the vial.
After reconstitution. Refrigerate and label the prepared solution. See the Peptide Storage Guide.
FAQ
DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex, a chemical group that allows some versions of CJC-1295 to bind albumin. CJC-1295 without DAC does not include this group and is also known as modified GRF (1-29).
They act through different receptors: CJC-1295 at the GHRH receptor and Ipamorelin at the ghrelin receptor. Researchers often study the two pathways together, and a single vial simplifies handling.
The 10mg figure refers to the total peptide content of the vial as labeled. Contact our support team if you need batch-specific composition details, which are published when available and verifiable.
