Ordering & Payment
Add products to your cart, then continue to the order form. Enter your name, email, phone, date of birth and shipping address, choose a payment method and confirm the research-use, terms and 21+ acknowledgments. You receive an order number immediately.
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research, and we sell only to purchasers who are 21 years of age or older. You confirm your age when you enter the site, and you enter your date of birth and confirm you are 21+ when you place an order. Orders that do not meet this requirement are not accepted.
We currently accept Zelle, Apple Cash and Venmo. Payment instructions appear on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. See Payment Methods for details.
Your order number is how we match your payment to your order. Include it exactly as shown, for example AA-7K4QM, in the memo of your Zelle, Apple Cash or Venmo payment.
Payment is due within 48 hours of placing your order. You receive a reminder email after 24 hours. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
Contact us with your name, order number and the amount sent. We can locate payments by customer name or amount and will help resolve it.
If you have not yet paid, you can simply let the order expire or contact us to cancel it. If you have paid, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
Orders are prepared once payment is matched to your order number. You receive an email when payment is confirmed and another with your tracking number when your order ships.
Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also look up your order status any time on the Order Lookup page using your order number and email.
Yes. Orders ship in professional, discreet packaging designed to protect product integrity in transit.
