Order processing
Orders are processed once payment is received and matched to your order number. Orders that are awaiting payment are not prepared or shipped.
When your payment is confirmed, you receive an email: “Payment received, your order is being prepared.” We then prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping charges
- Flat-rate shipping: $15 per order.
- Free shipping: on orders of $200 or more (product subtotal).
Shipping is added when you place your order and is included in the total shown on your confirmation page. That total is the exact amount to send.
Where we ship
We ship to the shipping address entered on your order form. Please double-check your address before submitting; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status and tracking at any time on the Order Lookup page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Packaging
Orders ship in professional, discreet packaging designed to protect product integrity in transit. Learn more in Packaging & Handling Standards.
When your order arrives
- Inspect the package and each vial for an intact seal and label.
- Move lyophilized materials to appropriate storage promptly. See the Peptide Storage Guide.
- If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the package and products.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking information has not updated or your package has not arrived as expected, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking details and work with you on next steps.
