These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the A&A Wellness website and any purchase of products from AANDA WELLNESS LLC, which operates the A&A Wellness website and store (“A&A Wellness,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Research use only
All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Purchaser acknowledgment is required. Before any order can be submitted, you must confirm on the order form that you are purchasing products solely for laboratory research, that you will not use them in or on humans or animals, and that you agree to these Terms and the Research Use Policy. Submitting an order constitutes your representation that each of these statements is true.
We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe products will be used for any purpose other than laboratory research.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age, and legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction, to use this website and place an order. At checkout you must enter your date of birth and confirm that you are 21 or older; orders that do not meet this requirement are not accepted. We may cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 21.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, including compound names, strengths, composition and form. Product images are representative and may differ from the item you receive in minor ways, such as label layout. Educational content is provided for information only and is not medical, legal or professional advice.
4. Orders
- Placing an order. When you submit the order form, we generate a unique order number and record your order with the status Awaiting Payment. You receive a confirmation page and a confirmation email with payment instructions.
- Order acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm your payment and change its status to Paid. We may decline or cancel any order before shipment, including for suspected misuse, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount paid.
- Pricing and availability. Prices, stock and shipping charges are confirmed by our system at the time you place your order. The total on your confirmation page is the amount due. Prices displayed in your browser before checkout are not binding if they differ from the confirmed total.
5. Payment
We currently accept Zelle, Apple Cash and Venmo. You must send the exact order total with your order number in the payment memo. Payment is due within 48 hours of placing your order. We may send a reminder after 24 hours. Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.
Payments are made through third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for errors, delays or losses caused by those services or by payments sent to details other than those shown on your A&A Wellness order confirmation. See Payment Methods.
6. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Shipping details are described in Shipping Information.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. All sales are final once an order has shipped with tracking, and we do not accept physical returns of research materials.
8. Order lookup and communications
You can check order status using your order number and email on the Order Lookup page. By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails about your order, including confirmation, payment reminders, payment receipt, shipping and cancellation notices.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to use the website to violate any law; interfere with the website’s operation or security; attempt to access non-public areas; submit false or fraudulent orders or information; or copy, scrape or republish website content without permission.
10. Intellectual property
The A&A Wellness name, logo, branding, product presentation, text, graphics and educational content are owned by or licensed to AANDA WELLNESS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that products are suitable for any particular research application. See our Disclaimer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&A Wellness from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or the Research Use Policy, your misuse of any product, including any use in or on humans or animals, or your violation of any law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, this website or any purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
